4. How to Manage Cookies

5. Other Tracking Technologies

5.1. Local Storage and Session Storage

We use Local Storage (HTML5) to store data locally in your browser, such as interface preferences and temporary states. This data is not automatically sent to our servers on each request, unlike cookies. Example: Dark/light theme, preferred language, UI component state.

5.2. Web Beacons (Pixels)

Invisible 1x1 pixel images embedded in web pages or emails. Used together with cookies to track actions (email opens, page views). Use at Universo Pet: Transactional emails (registration confirmation, password reset) may contain web beacons to measure delivery and open rates.

5.3. Fingerprinting

We do NOT use fingerprinting techniques (collecting device/browser characteristics to create unique profile without cookies). We respect your privacy.
