You need to use the app on 7 different days (they don't need to be consecutive). Each day you open the app counts as 1 active day. You have up to 30 days after approval to complete this requirement.

Yes! When 3 friends you referred complete the program (7 days of active use each), you automatically get +30 days of Premium for free. To refer, your friends just need to put your email in the "Who referred you?" field when signing up.

For your referral to count, they need to use the app for 7 active days. It doesn't need to be 7 consecutive days - each day they open the app counts as 1 active day. When 3 referrals complete it, you receive the bonus automatically.

You can refer up to 10 friends. For every 3 referrals who complete the program, you get +30 days of Premium. With 10 successful referrals, you can accumulate up to 90 extra days of Premium!
